Most interior design focuses on how a space should look. We read what it communicates, how it shapes experience, and what kind of life it is helping create.

Sonya Randell holds a Master's in Interior Architecture and brings fifteen years of experience across residential, commercial, and wellness design. Her work is informed by neuroscience, environmental psychology, and the study of how environments influence the nervous system. Growing up on the coast of Newfoundland instilled an early understanding that environment is never neutral. The places we inhabit shape how we feel, think, recover, connect, and move through daily life.
That belief, deepened through professional practice, personal experience, and years of interdisciplinary research, became The Aligned Interior Method. A framework for reading what environments communicate, understanding how they shape human experience, and bringing every element into alignment.
An ongoing inquiry into the human experience, exploring how modern research, time-tested traditions, and the spaces we inhabit shape who we become.
