Every engagement begins with the Aligned Environment Assessment, and the Assessment begins with you: what you're building, who it's for, the experience you intend, and the realities of budget, revenue, and growth. From there, your property is read through The Aligned Interior Method, where the environment expresses your intention, where it quietly works against it, and what that costs the experience.

The result is the Aligned Environment Report: the organizing idea of your business, named - then a space-by-space alignment read, the guest journey mapped, and a prioritized, phased path built to your budget: what to align first, what can wait, what to test before committing, and why. Where the environment and the intended positioning tell different stories, the Report identifies the disconnect. Where an opportunity sits within the experience, it is surfaced. Delivered within two to three weeks, with a working session to walk it through together, because the direction gets sharper with your voice in it.
