Function and feeling are never separated; the practical decisions and the aesthetic direction are developed as one, creating a home that not only works well, but feels deeply aligned.

First, I listen.

This is where I gather the full picture - how you live, what’s working and what isn’t, what you desire for the space, and the home’s existing conditions, needs, and opportunities. We’ll review your budget, timeline, and any available documents (floor plans, images, etc.) so the walkthrough begins with a foundation of understanding of both you and the home.

Ninety minutes, room by room, together.

In person, or virtually from anywhere in the world. We move through the home the way your body does - the arrival, the light, the flow, the rooms you love and the ones you avoid. You'll hear things named that you've only ever felt. Nothing is prescribed yet, this is the examination.

Within two weeks, your path arrives.

The Aligned Home Report: a room-by-room assessment outlining what to change, what to leave, what to prioritize, and why. Woven throughout is the aesthetic direction for your home, translated into a visual language of textures, materials, forms, and imagery that captures the feeling your space is moving toward.

The purpose isn't to change everything, it's to understand what matters most before investing in it.

Sonya Randell

The Audit is conducted personally by Sonya Randell, interior architect (M.Arch), fifteen years of practice across multiple countries. Her work is informed by environmental psychology, trauma-informed design through the van der Kolk Foundation, building biology, nervous-system research, and the Asterian system of astrology. The same eye that leads full-service engagements reads your home, room by room.
